Excellent location close to Oimachi station and shopping. Great sushi restaurant across the street from hotel entrance. One stop from Shinagawa for bullet train. Business standard hotel, comfortable, well equipped room. Great buffet breakfast. Recommended.

The check-out time was 10:00am, but I didn't know it and checked out more than an hour late, so I was fined ¥8000

Very close to station amd easy to go anywere. Very close to Haneda airport. There are a lots of restrant nearby. Self bag storage area is very useful.
