“We enjoyed it, but would likely look elsewhere in future!”
Hotel had polite staff, WiFi was great and location was OK. The 7-Eleven basically on premise was useful. No problems leaving baggage on site after checking out which is always nice!

“Our favourite place to stay in Tokyo”
We absolutely love this hotel and its neighbourhood! It's our fourth time staying at the Via Inn Prime Akasaka. We couldn't think of anywhere else to stay when in Tokyo. We tried 3 other hotels in different parts of the city (we couldn't find any rooms available here), but for us, this is the place to stay. It's in the perfect location for exploring the city on foot (around 50 minutes from the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, Harajuku, Meiji Jingu, the Shibuya Crossing, the Ginza area, etc.) or by metro (4 Tokyo metro lines are in the neighbourhood, just a few minutes' walk away). Despite being in the heart of Akasaka, the location is quiet and tranquil, just a few steps away from the hustle of the city. The room size is OK for us and our luggage. The first time we were impressed by how small it was, but now, having stayed in many different hotels in Japan and Tokyo, we can say that the rooms here are larger than in other hotels. We also appreciate that we can open the windows and that there are hangers and a small desk with a sofa (yes, in Tokyo, there are hotel rooms without hangers or cabinets for clothes, or even chairs and tables). We really appreciated the cleanliness, the attentive and helpful staff, and the amenities. There's also a 7-Eleven on the ground floor.

“Very good choice if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable hotel in central Tokyo”
The hotel was conveniently located not far from the subway. The room was a good size for Tokyo hotels, and the breakfast was very nice.

A fantastic hotel in a great location, easy to get anywhere in Tokyo from the nearby stations. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Rooms were on the smaller side but everything fit and they were clean and comfortable.

Perfectly located for good restaurants without the queues and crowds of Shibuya and Shinjuku, while still being well connected via multiple metro links. My partner dropped her earring while at the hotel and couldn’t find. After we returned to our hotel later in the day the earring was placed on the table - so just wanted to say thank you to the cleaning staff - they were really thorough and helpful during our stay. The bath facility was really good. Would recommend this place as a really good value for money base for Tokyo

The layout of the room was perfect, it would be considered a smaller room, but it did not feel small. We were on the 9th floor, and it was exceptionally quiet for sleeping and overall very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect.

“Great location, clean and quiet rooms and tasty breakfast.”
Easy to find, with metro stations just a short walk away. The neighborhood was quiet, and the clean, compact rooms were perfect for relaxing after a long day in Tokyo. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options for everyone, and for a quick alternative, there was also a 7/11 located on the ground floor of the hotel.
