As soon as we walked in, the front desk receptionists were so nice and welcoming, the lobby smelled fresh and clean and it wasnʻt crowded with people. The room was very spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults. The rooftop view at dusk was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend having a few beverages up on the roof. The happy hour from 4-9 was a nice surprise and the sake was very tasty. I wish we stayed longer!

“Perfect haven to base yourself in Tokyo”

Perfect apartment for our stay in Tokyo for our family if 4 , parents and 2 young adult children. This is our 7 th visit to Japan , the first in warm weather. What I loved 1. Being on the river with views and being able to walk along the river in all directions 2. The washing machine 3. The central location , quick walk to nearest subway and able to connect to everywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo . 4. Comfortable , very well equipped apartment typical of the Japanese attention to detail and practicality 5. Haven to come home to after the business of Tokyo 6. Convenience stores close by 7. Staff very kind and helpful 8. Fabulous modern bath, shower and toilet 9. Super comfy beds 10. Very safe , nice neighbourhood. 11. Very close to Limousine bus station to airport I would love to stay here again , I wish I could’ve stayed longer .

Excellent room and very spacious.. river view was magnificent. All amenities available.. kitchen was well stacked.. overall a very pleasant stay.. definitely recommended for stay in tokyo. The area is calm and quiet and looks posh. Near to 7 11 so no issue in daily essentials.

Spotlessly clean, enormous apartment, brand new facilities, super quiet and peaceful street, beautiful view of river from window, very kind and helpful staff, free unlimited tea coffee and snacks plus complementary bottle of champagne at check-in. At the same price point in Tokyo you usually get a tiny single room, this was large enough to fit at least four people. It was super comfortable, we absolutely loved it. I would revisit without hesitation.

“Best place to stay in Tokyo!”

This is the first apartment I have ever stayed in, which I would say looked better in reality than on the photos. It was a very pleasant surprise. The apartment is spacious (especially in comparison with other apartments in Tokyo), clean, well equipped - and the view is just marvelous!

We like the space, comfort, cleanliness and beautiful river view. The amenities are modern and functional. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kitchen is useful.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was so spacious and comfortable. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne! There is heating in the bathroom, so ideal for cold nights and drying laundry. The kitchen is well equipped. Quiet surroundings. Great place to stay!

Loved the spacious apartment, great for a family of four. Newly renovated, stylish interior, great shower, block out curtains. Beds were comfortable. Lots of soft lighting. Is better than in the photos on the website.

Excellent stay for a family of 5, loads of space including 2 bedrooms and kitchen/dining/living area. Washer/dryer were super handy too. 10 minute bus ride from Tokyo Station, super easy to get around the area is nice and peaceful. Could not recommend this place any more, especially for travelling families.

Spacious and smart with new furnishings. Bottle of sparkling wine with crisps and nuts left which was a nice touch. Very helpful reception staff.

The view and space was outstanding, much better than we were expecting. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus and had a awesome view aswell.
