“Amazing home base for a Tokyo trip”
I loved the atmosphere of Shinjuku and the rooms were very well designed, giving you everything you need to have a good home base for your trip. Also, the breakfast was great!

Easy location right in the heart of the action, 7 eleven co nveniently across the road and close to the subway, korea town around the corner, great daily breakfast with and ammenities bar. Housekeeping staff super friendly with daily towel change over. Check in and out was simple and luggage storage in the foyer if needed. Tin single room was a great size. The only negative we experienced was the beds were very hard, but we did request some blankets that we then used for under us which made our stay more comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and would 100% book again if ever back in Japan!

Proximity to Shinjuku Station was good. The staff on the front desk were great. The availability of Taxis was good. It's a good location. The rooms were clean and tidy.

“Excellent location, clean and very compact rooms”
Breakfasts are varied and tasty. Every evening you could indicate on the TV whether you would be attending breakfast the next day. The room had all the necessary toiletries, as well as a refrigerator, kettle, and hairdryer. The hotel has an eco-stay system. If you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the room will not be cleaned, but towels will be left on the door handle. So the towels were changed every day, and even if you were away for a night, you would still receive fresh towels and a new set of toothbrushes. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, although small. There were no problems with the Wi-Fi. The location is excellent with many cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. Metro stations are close, including the largest railway station — Shinjuku Station. You can safely leave suitcases and personal belongings near the reception desk. There are lockers with locks for this. When booking the room, it was stated that if you stay for more than 7 nights, you would need to change rooms, but in practice this did not happen. We stayed for 10 nights without moving. We didn’t have to pay any additional taxes.
