Great location - close to Shinagawa station - we took the free bus pick up/drop off as well which was great. Especially after coming off a long haul flight. Made things so easy. Good customer service, good breakfast provided as well.

All the ammenities, the bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was a perfect size for our stay. The free shuttle bus to shinagawa station was awesome and saved the day. (Our bus driver was very friendly and helpful)

“Hotel conveniently close to Haneda airport”

The Toyoko Inn is very conveniently located for travelers who come from/go to Haneda airport (20 minutes by Tokyo monorail). It is somewhat less convenient for exploring the city, but connections are still ok. We much appreciated the free breakfast buffet and the friendliness of the staff in helping us to send off a small package. In the surroundings there are a few restaurants, but otherwise it is pretty quiet (not a bad thing, compared to the noisiness of other places in Tokyo). The rooms are small, but adequate for the price we paid.

Shuttle service to Shinagawa, wide spread in breakfast, general comfort from the room point of view, front desk staff - everything were very likeable.

I really liked the fact that there is a bus always leaving, this helped a lot when we had to go back to our station after check out. With this, we saved a lot of time without having to go on the street with our baggage. There is beverage machines on the lounge. Also the breakfast was very complete.

“Good for a short stay before flying out”

Reception staffs are very helpful and . Hotel have direct access to the Tokyo Monorail and a short walk to Rinkai line. Good for a day or two before you fly out of Tokyo. Room is comfortable i reckon.

Location was a little far from Others, but would have been expected if it was chooses deliberately.

They have shuttle from/to Shinagawa station every 10 or 15 minutes. Breakfast was just okay. Neraby the monorail to Haneda airport, will reach Haneda in 30 minutes.

Location was quick and easy walk from the station. Staff were efficient, friendly, and organised, and assisted me with my stay and the questions I had. Will book again next time I am in Japan.
