Room - large compared to other hotels in Tokyo. So it’s a plus specially if you habe a toddler with you. Location - very accessible having train stations just around the corner (a minute walk from the hotel door to the actual station) View - to die for! No need to go to tokyo tower or skytree. Just go to your window. The Tokyo city skyline is a sight to behold from our room and while in the lift. Comfort - we all slept like a baby. The whole floor is really quiet and pleasant. Very clean which is a Japanese trademark. Freebies - we are in a premium room and drink in the fridge are provided and refilled regularly which is awesome! Food - food in the buffet is amazing and again one of Japanese trademarks. Would want a bit more variation each day though. Check in and check out - process is done on a machine which is really easy and time saving

The location was amazing. the view from the 41st floor was over the imperial palace so couldn't be better. Very close to JR stations, restaurants and entertainment without maddening crowds.

It was so fabulous. Great location if you have a family (or not) as there are many restaurants and shops at the back of the hotel near the Dome, and lovely Japanese street food near by.
