Amazing stay, we were able to upgrade for a small fee (: Staff were friendly, all facilities and rooms were clean. Easy access to Shimbashi station, only a 2 minute walk away. Views were amazing from everywhere, especially the rooms. The breakfast was also great

Best property we have ever stayed, we got amazing view with very reasonable cost. The staffs were very friendly and helpful , perfect 4 star experience . The location was great the hotel had direct access to subway station. We would definetly come back here.

we stayed there twice in tokyo. we loved this hotel its amazing. The staff are so polite and helpful ☺️. Everything was amazing clean always ,breakfast so good .I loved the location next to stations and Ginza .lots of restaurants around and cafes and downstairs outside seating area .loved every bit of my stay ,with amazing views .I loved the king room as the bed is bigger and room .Thankyou Team and to the lovely lady who helped us when she was on her shift .I think she was a Traniee and didn't catch her name .The lady I hugged on the 30th at 1 pm . Access to the executive lounge really made the stay pleasurable. The location of the hotel really ticked the box for us being close to Shimbashi train station and Ginza.

“Elegant, convenient and quietly spectacular — a wonderful Tokyo base we would happily return to.”
Booking was easy and check-in was seamless apart from my own fumbling around with phone/card/passport modern travel shenanigans. The location above Shimbashi Station was incredibly convenient, with easy access to trains, the monorail and nearby shops/services in the Shiodome tower area. Our suite was beautiful with the high-floor landmark views exactly as promised. Seeing Tokyo Tower glowing at night from both the room and hotel bar was a highlight. Staff were polite, attentive and charming throughout our stay, and the hotel was impeccably clean — as all Japan somehow manages to be. We couldn’t find room service, but honestly it hardly mattered because there’s a magical FamilyMart conveniently underneath/adjacent for snacks, drinks and late-night supplies. Would absolutely stay here again.
