The quality and professionalism of the staff was outstanding. The room was excellent and the hotel had some of the best facilities I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The gym would rival any commercial gym and the Onsen and shower facilities who have fantastic.

Our stay at The Okura Tokyo was simply outstanding. We stayed in a Prestige Corner Room, and everything about the experience was exceptional. The view was absolutely breathtaking, the room was beautifully designed, and the quality of the furnishings, amenities, and overall comfort was truly first-class. Every detail felt elegant, refined, and carefully considered. The staff also deserve special recognition, as they truly represent the absolute highest standard of hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, polite, professional, and helpful in every possible way. They kindly received and stored the luggage we had sent ahead of our arrival, which made everything much easier for us. Due to the typhoon situation, we were also allowed to check into our room much earlier than expected. This was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and another example of the hotel’s exceptional attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. The hotel offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and Japanese hospitality. It is the kind of place where everything feels effortless and premium from the moment you arrive. In every possible way, The Okura Tokyo exceeded our expectations. A truly unforgettable stay, and one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
