“A really great hotel with wonderful staff in an excellent location”
Breakfast had good quality and variety. When I asked for greek yoghurt (which they did not have in the main breakfast area) the staff went to the other restaurant and obtained greek yoghurt for me on both days we had breakfast. Poached eggs were prepared perfectly. My wife's Acai Bowl was beautifully presented and there was complimentary champagne at breakfast. There was also a complimentary mini bar including alcoholic drinks throughout our stay. We did not abuse this. The location is great for getting to all the central areas of Tokyo. Shibuya, Roppongi, Omotesando, Asakusa. The staff were friendly and helpful and arranged to send our cases directly to Kyoto to our next hotel while we went to Mount Fuji for a few days. I wish we had stayed there a few more days! The atmosphere (Vybe!) at the hotel is very young and busy, particularly the Belcomo restaurant which seemed to be fully booked every night we were there. We had and enjoyable lunch there.

Breakfast was expensive. We tend not to eat large breakfasts and did not include a breakfast plan. We had a full breakfast one day; we found it tasty but too much food and very expensive.

The hotel is amazing we loved it, the restaurants serve wonderful food and always busy. The atmosphere is buzzing with fun. Our room was spacious and comfortable with fabulous bathroom, so many nice amenities. Free drinks and snacks too! We liked the location, it’s in a beautiful area, close to transport. Staff are welcoming and engaging.

We absolutely loved our stay. Every single thing in the room was carefully considered and there was not one thing missing (gowns, speaker, adapter, toiletries, PJs) the list goes on. The staff went over and above for even the smallest request, they were the height of professional. It felt luxurious. We really loved it

Aoyama Grand well situated - a short walk between two metro stations. Still close proximity to the main city area but outside of the crazy crowds. We stayed in the Standard Garden Room with the breakfast and mini bar included. The staff were exceptional and friendly and took great care of us. Our room was very stylish functional and most importantly functional - we also enjoyed all of the amenities provided. The mini bar is amazing! The breakfast is AMAZING great buffet spread with a choice of a hot main, great coffee, topped off with amazing staff. Will definitely be back.
