“Such a nice experience!”

Very comfortable and full of all the things you could need, comfy bed, washing machine, a little kitchen, a microwave and a bathroom. There is a machine inside, providing heating/air conditioning, very useful if you need to wash clothes. It's 10 minutes from the station, giving you a nice walk in a tipically japanese neighborhood. There isn't always someone at the reception but I didn't needed any help during my stay, and for the price it has been better than an hotel! I'll definitely return again, thank you!

Very comfortable and includes just about everything one could need. The host also let me check-in early, which I highly appreciated after a long flight and little sleep.

The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood near Oji and Oku station. The property is clean and tidy and the rooms were quite comfortable. You get good sunlight during the day so the room remains fresh during long stays. Its got all the amenities you need for your stay, a washing machine, microvave, a small kitchentte and comfy beds and decent size washroom. The hosts are there on the ground floor towards the end. You can store your luggage if you come early. The host was very generous in helping store my luggage and even placed it in the room which was on the second floor. There is a huge supermarket just a few steps away and you can get mostly anything you need from there. Family mart is also closeby and bus stops and stations as well. Overall a perfect place to stay in peace while being close to the Tokyo main city.

Feel like staying at home, you can find fridge, IH stove, bathtub and even washing machine in the room. You can find a big shopping centre that is for residential area, although no restaurant in the shopping centre, having a supermarket and 100yen shop is fair enough for travelers.

“A comfortable place to stay for people traveling on a budget”

Especially considering the price that I paid for it (I booked it shortly before the peak cherry blossom season when it's often difficult to find a hotel that is both affordable and comfortable at the same time), it turned out to be better than expected. It's a business hotel where the "rooms" are essentially refurbished tiny apartments and, aside from the basics (bedroom and a bathroom) there is also a small kitchen where you can cook. It wasn't overly luxurious but again, for the price you pay it's more than enough. The check-in process took only around five minutes and was fairly simple overall. According to the information I found the staff seemed to only speak Japanese and Chinese, but the owner (I did not interact with anyone else who to my knowledge was a staff member) also knows English, so even foreigners who speak no Japanese can stay here. The owner will also reply quickly if you have any questions. All rooms in the apartment were clean. It's only located about 10 minutes away from Oji station and right next to a supermarket which was a big plus. I recommend this place to people traveling on a budget and/or those who want to be left alone .

Very nice staff at the time of visiting. Nice neighbourhood and relatively close to the metro. A well equipped room but a little small.

Staff was responsive and helpful. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. One large pan was provided. WiFi was fast and stable.
