“Perfect location to explore different types of environments in Tokyo.”
The location of this hotel is perfect to enjoy all that Ueno has to offer. Either in the day or night, you're within walking distance from a lot of attractions and places that you should definitely visit. You have several train stations close to move around all of Tokyo.

“Overpriced now , good location.”
Like the easy access, stayed here a couple of times for business. Staff behavior is not consistent, from very friendly to “don’t care attitude “. Like the pillow choice, Top floor is fairly quite too.

Location was great. Breakfast was good enough when it comes to vegetarian choices. Room was clean. Though it is very common when it comes to room size but pay attention if you have any issues.

It was an excellent choice to return to the same hotel where we stayed at the beginning of our vacation. Thank you to all the staff for the special welcome and attention they gave us. If we return to Tokyo, Super Hotel Ueno Okachimachi will be our choice again!

“Good for solo travellers, on a major train line. Good no-frills experience.”
Surprisingly large rooms for the type of chain hotel that this was. Clean, small bathroom, but ample space for everything else. Amenities were plentiful. Staff were also very helpful and spoke Chinese!
