Onsen was a good add on to the stay but it only open from 3pm to 9pm, the timing does not make sense as most people will be out and return late . I managed to use it only once throughout my 7days stay

Excellent location , right in front of kinshicho station, free Hot spring , free ice creams , good spacious family rooms … Lawson,7/11 right outside , donqito right outside , omg one of the besttttt locations I have stayed in my second trip

Great for the price, the hotel is very clean. Unlimited onsen using. For 200¥ you can wash your laundry by yourself, the washing mashines are clean too. You get clean towels and a bottle of water every day. I am so thankful for everything.

Really great location to visit Tokyo. You can walk on foot to the Skytree for example. Not as touristy as other places, which I liked. The breakfast is ok but that's it. As in nearly every business Hotel you have a big bath available on the 2nd floor, which is good. Oh and you get free tasty icecream on arrival (never had that before in Japan) :) The hotel staff is nice and friendly but it seems their number is kept to the absolute minimum.

“Great stopover hotel”
Easy to find. Close to the station, which is on a JR line. Close to shops and restaurants. Safe area. Easy and friendly check in. A pillow library. Small, but easy to use Onsen. Great soaps, shampoos, toothbrush, etc. Good breakfast

“Great place at a great location”
I’ve used this place before and I can only recommend it. The rooms are small but convenient as provided with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet offers a reasonable variety of food and tastes. There’s something for everyone. And to relax you can use the ofuro (hot bath). On top of it, the location is just perfect. And the staff is very kind and helpful.

“Good location to stay in Tokyo with amazing view of Tokyo Skytree”
Good location to stay within Tokyo that's not too crowded. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk away from Kinshicho station, with JR and Metro lines, and is surrounded by shopping malls and many eateries. Easy to travel to/from Haneda airport, and there is also an Airport Limousine Bus stop at the hotel opposite (Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo). The hotel has the option for you to select your pillow, which is brilliant, and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating (we had a package delivered to the hotel). Laundry facilities are a bonus, with the dryer being free to use.
