Opening in August 2013, Super Hotel Premier Tokyo Station Yaesu-Chuoguchi is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from JR Tokyo Shinkansen (bullet train) Station. It features free Wi-Fi and large public baths with where guests can relax and unwind in hot spring water. Each modern room is fitted with a flat-screen TV with multilingual satellite channels, a small fridge and an electric kettle. A hairdyer is included, while toiletries are in the en suite bathroom. Super Hotel Lohas Tokyo Station Yaesu-Chuoguchi offers luggage storage and concierge services at the front desk. In-room massages can be arranged. “Just feels great coming from Tokyo Station after a long trip and knowing I got a room at Super.”
The staff make the hotel. They are smart. alert, and remember little things. Despite how busy they are at afternoon check in, Yuka remembered to let me know that the onsen password had changed. She left a lovely note for me on my room door. How not to come back to Super? Breakfast and lunch times always busy - they can still be personal and make you welcome.

Quiet and comfortable room, and easy to check in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good if you are travelling from the airport, and even better if you are travelling by the Shinkansen. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

I always come back to Super. Something familiar. Know it will be good. Buffet breakfast quality food. The staff are great at handing crowds in a friendly manner - same for lunch.

“perfect experience”
the room is quite clean and comfortable, location is excellent very close to Tokyo station, walk from the station to the hotel only 3 minutes, the breakfast is quite well. Another really unique feature is that you can choose a pillow to suit you at reception. This was a first for me, as I prefer latex pillows—ordinary ones give me neck pain—and this hotel offers a selection of latex pillows in different heights and firmness levels. It’s such a thoughtful touch.
