The location was superb, quiet area with good transport links.The hot baths were really good, a life saver after walking a million steps around Tokyo. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing breakfast, lovely to have complimentary bar at the end of the day. All topped up by super friendly and helpful staff!

Location was great. You can go 1 or 2 stations away (or walk) in any direction and find something amazing to see. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was very quiet.

I liked the cozy, chill welcome bar where guests can mix their own drinks. The hotel is generous with amenities, and they also offer different pillow options.

The hotel is located near different train lines and it’s conveniently located to reach different parts of the city. Staff is very welcoming and tries their best to be helpful during your stay. For example they kept my luggage for free and delivered it to my room before my return. They have a nice bar service in the evenings and a nice breakfast option for an additional fee. Lots of amenities available during your stay: hairbrush, toothbrush and paste, lots of masks and creams, razors etc…They have a lovely lovot and dog robots to interact with during your stay which are super cute!

Except for breakfast, most extras (spa; daily free bar; onsen; etc) were all included in the price of the stay The "drop key" checkout was also very easy and convenient The hotel also had a lot of character: very clean and tidy; sustainably driven; it even has robot staff (2 dogs and bird-type animal), which add a bit of fun to the vibe of the hotel

“Excellent hotel and onsen in a great location”

This hotel has everything you need. The rooms were a size to be expected of Tokyo, but had a spot for sitting, a small table, kettle and amenities. The bed was a good size, while the mattress was quite firm. The bathroom had a half tub which was great after a long day and good shower water pressure. The onsen is a great addition, easy to access and includes a bath, shower and extra toiletries. The breakfast is 1100 yen extra but included freshly made tofu, eggs, meats, fruit and cereal, plus coffee. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location in akihabara is prefect, 5 mins from the main station and the subway.

Really nice spot! Super close to the main areas in Akihabara and very close to the train station. Staff again were very welcoming (and they had a cute little robot🥰) beds very comfy and the room was spacious! We also had use to the onsen I never used it as we only had one night here but I like that we had use to one!

The staff were very polite. The animal robot staff were adorable and made the stay more fun. There was a pillow selection and you could borrow free pijamas. The hotel also provided five complimentary self-care items per day (such as face masks and relaxing patches). There were free drinks available in the evening until 10 PM.

Relaxed atmosphere, onsen, good Japanese breakfast, lobby bar and pet robot!

In house onsen. It might get crowded during peak periods (evening time) but there is enough space to enjoy a relaxing bath in a traditional Japanese way. Rooms are clean. Optional breakfast is semi-traditional Japanese style to suit most tastebuds. Room is not as small as you expect, very usable space

Great Hotel all around. Super friendly staff, great Spa and breakfast. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Very close to the subway, several food options in the area. Value for money!!
