The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very close to several train stations and restaurants, and the area felt safe and pleasant. Compared to busier areas like Shibuya or Shinjuku, the neighborhood was relatively quiet, which I really appreciated. One thing I really liked was the complimentary drinks available at the hotel, including coffee, tea, matcha, and alcoholic beverages from 5 PM to 9 PM. It was definitely a nice perk. Another feature I loved was the option to choose from different types of pillows with varying comfort levels, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

“Pleasant stay.”
Location - near Sub way station and surrounded with all types of retailer. Most of all, 7-11 convenience store is right at the door step. And bath look innthe hotel. Walking distance to Harry Porter cafe and retail store.

The location was superb and convenient. The minute I arrived, the staff greeted me with a big smile. The room was comfy, clean and had everything you needed. I wanted more pillows and the staff member took me to the wall of pillows available which was so handy.

The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities, including laundry services. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was excellent. We really liked the neighbourhood and it was well connected with other neighbourhoods by metro.

“A great stay with a great onsen!”
this place was great!! really good value for the money, great onsen!!! and very friendly staff. location was amazing too, very well connected and easy to get around, and lively both during the day and at night! the bed was comfortable, the room is small but was good enough for two people!
