Everything was great. The studio was very spaceous and clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, laundry facilities were available too, the host was very nice too. Location ist excellent as well, very quiet. Would stay there again for my next time in Tokyo...

“A lovely home from home stay in Shinjuku”
A nice property with a lovely host who was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, the room had a little kitchenette in case we wanted to eat at home. It was very homely and super value for money.

The location is very central and close to Shinjuku (15-minute-walk) and the room is very nice and furnished. However the stairs and floors of the hotel were dirty and not clean properly everyday, which o think it’s a shame! Still recommend though

Large room with a great view of downtown Shinjuku (from our room A). Friendly staff and good facilities nearby, including a 24 hour supermarket. Close to Shinjuku without being in the crowds.

Spacious self contained stydio apartment in a terrific location. Close walking distance to the bright lights of Shinjuku and Shinjuju train station but in a quiet area. Free laundry facilities.
