“Lovely, clean and quiet.”
Modern and clean. Good size for 4 people. Lots of storage for clothes and personal items so you can unpack put your suitcase away. Good kitchen and dining area. Good sized bathroom. Great washer and drier (the drier actually dries your clothes rather than making them warm and damp). Nice and quiet street. 20 min walk into the main shopping stripe of Shinjuku. 7 mins walk to closest train station. Staff were super helpful to carry heavy luggage upstairs for us without being asked to help.

“Cosy, but too small. Very expensive for what was offered.”
It was bright, modern. Close walking distance to a park. Safe neighbourhood. Small grocery nearby (they don’t speak English there). Dining area was cute. No cooker- but there is microwave and a small fridge. TV nice, big and modern.

“Greedy host. Bad at responding to messages as well.”
Earliest possible check in is 4pm! I asked for earlier check-in and they agreed but only if I paid extra money - $1000y for each hour! The room was already ready for us but wouldn't allow us in! Very greedy host. Toilet and shower facilities very smelling of urine the whole time, needs much better ventilation.
