It is clean, fascilities are easy to use and get new ones. Breakfast was fine. Warabimochi matcha was the reason I didn't miss a breakfast 😁 the staff is very kind and helpful, easy check in and check out.

Very rare these days that hotels offer changing ɓuffet breakfast but Grand Fresa offer just that, GREAT!!

Great location with easy access to multiple metro stations/lines. Large hotel with spacious rooms and excellent facilities, including all the room amenities you could need, vending machines on each floor (note cash only) and a Lawson Station on level 2. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money.

“Quieter than the city but amazing in every other way!”
It has a fantastic help yourself counter filled with toiletries (includes facial moisturisers, cleansing oil, bath salts and even occasionally sunscreen!) and beverage staples. There is a door to door airport limo bus from both Narita and Haneda and the hotel has a well stocked Family Mart on the second floor. The room is more spacious than the usual Tokyo hotels and laundry facilities are located on every third floor.

“Perfect hotel for pre-cruise stay”
Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient for the limousine bus from the airport and close to metro stations. Plenty of complimentary items - toothbrush, pajamas etc

We accidently booked smoking rooms but the staff was quite friendly and changed our rooms. Rooms were quite small which is what we expected for Tokyo. But this was the only hotel in our entire trip where we got big bathtubs, everywhere in Japan we only found small bathtubs.

“Great location, great walks in a peaceful area”
Great location in a very peaceful area. The room was small for twin beds. The breakfast was great buffet style. The check in process took a while. However, the staff were very friendly. All in all value for money.
