Great location with convenience stores, drug stores, supermarket and many restaurants nearby. 2 JR stops away from Shinjuku and 2 JR stops away from Ikebukuro. Very convenient. It's a local university area so there are many youngsters in the neighbourhood so it's very vibrant.

Rooms were spacious

Perfect location, just in front of train station. Surrounding many shop, restaurant and cafe. Very convenient. Hotel room is clean and spacious compare with others with the same value. I wish to come back and stay next year when come to Japan again.

The hotel provides excellent amenities that you can take yourself, such as hair masks, face masks, hair tie, tea, coffee, and more, basically everything you may need. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The location is great, close enough to walk into Shinjuku, with a shopping area just across the street and a subway station close to the hotel.

Location excellent, station minutes away to main train loop makes it easy to get around the city. Great laid back neighbourhood, provides a break from other chaotic parts of the city. Plenty of local eating options, restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets, including a Donki right next door. Excellent part of the city to stay at if you're looking for a quieter location.

“How a hotel experience should be”

Amazing location, barely a 60 second walk from Takadanobaba station which is on the Yamanote line. The area itself is super lively and busy, plenty of food options around. You don't need to find your way into Shibuya or Shinjuku to get a feed. The breakfast was quite good, with some alternating options each morning. Staff are super friendly and helped us self check-in and exchange some notes for coins to use at the laundry. Rooms were clean and didn't feel dated or like they had been patched up for years. This is where the bar should be set for mid-range hotels.

Location to train station which is less than 5 mins and hotel amenities like toiletries. Rooms seem new. Hotel staff was helpful on some occasions. Eateries everywhere around hotel especially Delifrance

The location is very good, u can find near almost everything 7 eleven, good coffe, mega don quijote store.. station the led to everywhere in reasonable time.
