“Great area, Some improvement needed. Perfect for families .”
Location, 5 mins from metro and shops. Convenience shops 1 min walk. Apartment was big enough for a family of 5+, lots of space for Japanese apartment in comparison to a hotel room. Area was quite and peaceful. Lots of cameras outside makes you feel safe.

“Convenient, quiet location, great for families”
Great location. Walking distance to the action but not right in the hustle and bustle so very quiet. Was a good option for a large family.

“Comfortable”
The property is suitable for groups. Location was perfect to explore all areas of Shinjuku (walking distance). Aircon in all rooms and kitchen dining area was fantastic.

“Great location, for the price would appreciate more amenities and convenience items to make travelling easier, faster.”
Great location, quiet, balcony, lots of natural light. Excellent water pressure, constant hot water, good size bathroom with tub and double hooks for shower head helpful for tall and short. Two toilets is nice to have for 7 people. Bidet on ground floor toilet. Sturdy handrails on all staircases, glow-in-dark non-slip pads on stairs. Kitchen had basic utensils and tableware. Washing machine with drying function and half a packet of detergent pods. Comfy beds, pillows and extra blankets. Reverse cycle a/c in all bedrooms and dining area. Lots of garbage bags, tissue and toilet paper. Friendly and responsive staff. 1 minute walk to reception.
