Very near to the train station. Breakfast was superb. Room was bit dated but it was clean. Lots of shops around.

“Perfect location for going anywhere and everywhere!”
We had a very comfy stay here, the hotel itself is massive! We stayed in the main tower and the room was clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping if needed. There is a 7/11 onsite and restaurants out the front. Location was perfect with Shinagawa station right outside. Breakfast buffet was huge, although very busy. Bed were comfortable and had a great view.

The hotel is huge, with several shops and entertainment options inside. Very conveniently located close to the airport via metro. Amenities were nothing short of the high Japanese standard, very good across the board. Compared to typical Tokyo standards, the rooms were notably spacious. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

“Old, smoky hotel — not worth the money!!”
The location was good, right next to the train station, and the view from the window was nice. However, the hotel itself was extremely disappointing.
