Featuring modern interpretations of Western motifs, rooms at the Shibuya Granbell Hotel are air-conditioned and include an en suite bathroom. Some rooms have a sofa or a glass-wall bathroom. The famous Shibuya Scramble crossing and 109 Building are about 500 metres away, and Yoyogi Park is a 20-minute walk. Nearby Shibuya Station offers direct train access to Shinjuku and Harajuku in under 10 minutes. Narita International Airport is accessible via an 80-minute ride on the Narita Express train, from Shibuya Station. The 24-hour reception provides luggage storage services. Itwas a great experience , the location was 10 out of 10 and conveniently close to all the major locations in Shibuya / Tokyo. The room was small but sufficient. The shower and toilet facilities were excellent. One of the best feature was the free usage of a great coffee machine at the lobby. The smoking designated are was also very weel thought of and sufficient.

“Perfect comfortable hotel close to all the attractions and transport”
Loved the stay. Stayed in a couple across south Japan. Amazing and accommodating staff. Very helpful with all my questions. Loved the room. Comfortable and spacious compared to other places. Would exclusively book with granbells next trip!!

Right next to train station, 5 minute walk to the shibuya crossing, great value for money, smoking room available, clean and tidy. One of the staff members went out of their way to give us directions to a local pub for a beer, kind Nice shower

we were a family with an infant and they alloted us a smoking room. The room had very bad smoke smell. The baby as well as we all couldnt sleep well.

“I was only there overnight but it was an extremely comfortable stay”
For a three star hotel, the room was a decent size,b was spotless, the bathroom was big enough and the water pressure was excellent. There was an ample supply of toiletries. There was no noise from adjacent rooms. The teppanyaki restaurant there was not part of the hotel but was excellent and reasonably priced for a steak dinner in Tokyo.
