The location is great, near Tokyo station and there are many subway and bus stops nearby. The staff is very nice and helpful, there was no problem with storing our luggage and the towels were replaced daily without any issue.

The hotel has a very good location in Hibiya, close to Ginza and within walking distance of several subway stations. This makes it very convenient for exploring Tokyo, shopping, restaurants, and moving around the city. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. I also appreciated that check-in is available 24 hours, which is very convenient for travelers arriving late or with changing travel plans. Overall, the hotel gives a clean and well-organized impression, and the location is definitely one of its strongest advantages. Overall: A clean hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location near Hibiya and Ginza, but the rooms are extremely small and not very practical if you have luggage or plan to stay for several nights.

“Worth the stay in a very convenient location”
Great location, short walk to main shopping streets in Ginza, and short walk from several metro and train stations. Rooms were very tidy, fair space in room, good size tv. Had most toiletries available. Extra touch was the massage chair in the room- very good.
