It's my revisit to this hotel, and its location is very convenient. The capsule is clean and nice, and they provide facial cleaner, lotion, eye mask, and earplugs, which are really handy.

The mattress and pillow were the hardest I have ever experienced, it felt like I am laying on rocks Only one charger socket in the pod and that one too high up, the charged items were hanging in the air

Really convenient location, with just a couple minutes walk from shin-okubo station. Showers were good. Good value for money, and good experience if you have never stayed in a capsule hotel before.

The shower facilities are on par with what you get in premium gyms! So just expect that

The location in Shinjuku is ideal, as it’s very close to the station and Korea town. They offer basic amenities like pyjamas or a tooth brush.

Great hostel. The elevator thing other people mention in comments is only an issue at peak time, ie close to final checkout time. Other than that it makes sense to have separate elevators. They have complimentary toiletries and even earplugs, as well as PJs that you can use during your stay. The lounge has different seating options and lots of space. Sockets everywhere too! Staff were very polite and helpful. Excellent location, close to subway, have convenience store almost next door, great places for food and drink nearby too.

Really convenient! Very clean, very quiet and the lobby was really well stocked!

Black mould under the shower. Washing/drying machine: one cycle takes 2 hours, but clothes remain wet. Even after 4 additional drying cycles (20 minutes each), the clothes are still damp, despite cleaning the dryer filter every time. Inconvenient lift system: you always have to go up to the 8th floor to change to the men’s/women’s lift, then go down to the capsule/locker floor, and again to another floor to reach the showers. Narrow corridors in the locker area, making repacking uncomfortable.
