Really wonderful staff! They made our two day stay so special and wonderful with their genuine hospitality, friendliness and kindness. I have to mention the free guided multilingual morning walk offered by the hotel. Our guide/staff member walked us through various popular sightseeing spots and shared some fun anecdotes and offered more in-depth stories of local culture/history with an App which we could listen to with our phones. It was a great opportunity to take photos since there weren’t that many people in early morning. Then of course, the fantastic views provided by the hotel are indeed remarkable. Beautiful views of Tokyo, sky tree, Asakusa temple, shrine, tower, etc., day and night, are one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. Thanks!!!

“A charming modern but relaxed hotel in busy Asakusa”

OMO3 is a delightful hotel - very clean with a relaxed atmosphere. It successfully connects with the locality, in terms of offering special tours to the local shrine at 06.00hrs, offering locally produced food at the self service food area (at good prices) and through the recommendations of what to see and where to eat. No cash is accepted - everything is card based, including the washing machines, which will then message you to tell you when washing is complete! Tea is available at no cost. The top floor offers great views, and the next floor down, where the food is, has a good light show in the evenings dedicated to Asakusa. Luggage can be held after leaving during the daytime. Staff are charming.

Awesome stay in a very well located hotel, loved the neighborhood and it’s right in front of the Senso-ji Temple and that was a surprise for us. The rooms are small but perfect for what we used it for our short stay, awesome shower! Very clean

The hotel was clean and modern with all general amenities available on site including washing/dryer which made it really handy for longer stays. Staff were attentive and helped with facilitating luggage delivery which was really helpful on our trip. Location is great for those that want to stay a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the city - be mindful that Asakusa is the last stop on the Ginza line.
