Helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. We've been to a couple Moxy hotels, and the vibe matches our expectations. Great facilities available in the room (large shower, filtered water dispenser, water cooker)

“Bed was very comfortable and it was more the price point that let this hotel down.”
I don’t know if we had the normal rate but it was significantly over priced. Paying $600 a night for that hotel is over rated.

“Hip, friendly, and a great breakfast.”
The location close to a central JR line, and a subway, and several large stores is very helpful. There is also a convenience store across the road with reasonably priced snacks and meals. The included breakfast was awesome - I never went hungry. The pizzas offered for dinner are also good. The staff in all areas went above and beyond. The mattress on the bed were very comfortable. I loved the quirky decorations around the hotel.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

“Too expensive via booking.com”
I paid 57% more than what my colleagues have paid booking directly with Hotel. I have raised with Hotel but didn’t get a good response.

“Young and very friendly boutique hotel in great location”
Location close to Kinshico train station is very good (the Rapid Train from Narita Airport to Tokyo station stops there, and its just a few minutes of walking). Young and friendly boutique hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice bar and restaurant to hang out. The room was very clean but not very big.
