The staff were lovely, Check in and Checkout was smooth and efficient and the atmosphere relaxing, with a pleasant aroma from essential oils throughout the hotel. The room was very quiet and private.

“Good upper market base for Toyko”
Nice upper market hotel, sits right on top of a metro station and there is another 2 metro lines within a 5 minute walk. Hotel is in a quiet business area but still plenty about. Hotel was clean, room was a decent size but not huge, bigger than most Tokyo rooms. Comfy bed and good sized shower, the Japanese bath was a great experience and also very clean. Staff were extremely polite. It was our honeymoon and they left us a lovely gift and a note. Good base for exploring Tokyo if you want a more quiet, upper market base.

Excellent location, nice and quiet but easy to access the busy parts of town. Metro and subway access directly below building with internal access. No rail noise.

Honestly, me and my partner had our first trip to Japan this April and booked the Mitsui Garden Hotel, we couldn’t have been more thrilled with it. It’s in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle but right next to a train station so you can get around really easily! Not to mention the bar and restaurant downstairs were amazing.

Location,..but 3 Matsui Garden hotels in Tokyo... Booking.com website directions for Nihonbashi went to Ginza site not Ninhonbashi...so taxi driver had to go to 2 sites...Gina staff phoned Nihonbashi staff... I had 5 suitcases 10 other items... not a small mistake..Please rectify Loved Japanese bath Loved Japanese breakfast...Great value Lovely garden next to reception
