“Don't waste your time here!”
Nothing! No clean service ! To towels ! Every day, you have to knock their door asking for a towel! Everything is far away from you! You need at least one hour to get somewhere. No service at all. The room wasn't clean. They asked for 4000 Yen for extending per hour as my flight was late night. I asked to check out 2 hours later. Just look somewhere else and don't waste your time

“Nice apartment with kitchen and washing facilities”
I use this apartment hotel because there is a kitchen. I have three children who are not happy to eat outside Japanese food every day so this is the biggest reason why we come to this apartment hotel. Washing facility was a big bonus. Over communications are done via WhatsApp. I had seen some people mainly Cleaners in the premises and only a few times during my stay the actual person at the Reception. Communications are very effective: every thing is done via iPad at the reception or WhatsApp. Their response is not immediate but fine. Towers and soaps, shampoo and conditioners are all provided as well. The view from the window was nice as we could see the lightening of Tokyo Sky Tree. All in all really convenient for our family to stay in this apartment and highly recommended if you have small children or if you want to cook occasionally.
