Helpful, English-speaking staff, comfortable beds, clean apartment with great facilities. Loved being able to make our own breakfast in the room each morning before venturing out to explore. Only thing that would have made life a little easier would have been closer proximity to station.

“Good Family Location”
Close enough to Ueno Station and park to make each day different depending on your mood. If you needed late night food, last minute plans, or just wanted to explore in different directions each day, this place has you covered. Extra points for the giant ramp in front of the hotel if you like hill sprints. If you are travelling with toddlers, there are nice play parks including a grocery store and diapers within a 10 min walk. Also far enough from Ueno station if you are on late night hours you can avoid the adult nightlife if needed. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful locating and arranging the return of a lost item on the Shinkansen line.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed to borrow a charger and sewing kit and they were able to help, and nothing felt like a problem. It was the first place we stayed in Japan and they were able to help us navigate the early days and how to get around. Nice quiet location, coffee shop next door, easy access to train and park. The room was perfectly set up for our teenagers with bunks and a table to eat at and kitchenette was a treat. Would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect stay”
Close to Ueno Park and station. Great for the sakura season. Family friendly property. Rooms have bunk beds. My kid loved it. Perfect small kitchen and required utensils
