“One of the best places to stay in Kinshicho”

MIMARU is one of the best hotel chains to stay at, and their MIMARU Tokyo Kinshicho branch is no exception! They have excellent staff and large, clean rooms, and it is roughly a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho Station. Strongly recommended for families (especially with kids). Additionally, their Kinshicho branch is close to many amenities. There is a Lawson on the first floor, and near the station, there’s a 24-hour supermarket, a Taito Station arcade, Yodobashi Camera, and a PARCO. Lastly, Kinshicho is just a 7–10-minute train ride away from popular places like Tokyo and Akihabara. The price might be a drawback, but honestly, it's well worth it.

Honestly, the best part of our trip was staying at Mimaru. If you are looking for a family friendly spacious room stay look no further!!! The place is close by to malls and you won't even need to go to shibuya or shinjuku for a mall shopping.. there are super restaurant just next street to the mall and the location could not have been more perfect. Yes it's a 20 minute ride to the city but it doesn't matter considering the positive around the place. The staff are very courteous, always willing to help and felt like home away from home. 100/10

The queen over queen bunk was great our kids really enjoyed it. Great location heaps of food options around. Had extra items at the front desk that we could use such as a shoe dryer. Great laundry. They had kid activities for children's day which my kids really enjoyed and was culturely insightful.

He location is in a nice not tol touristy area with close proximity to public transportation. The room itself is nice and comfortable with enough space to move around. The staff has always been very nice and supportive and did their best to be very hospitable. All in all this place is a 10 out of 10!

1) The staff were exceptional. We were there for a week before going to Osaka then back for one day due to airport transport and the staff remembered us! They helped us with really anything. Gave good food and activity recommendations and helped us figure out how to book things like the airport buses. They were just overall very pleasant people. Seriously a 10/10 for the staff. 2) There a bunch a free items you can "rent" if needed, like iron and ironing board and a vacuum, you just tell them ur room number and you can keep some of them till you check out (like the iron set). 3) The washing machines are easy to use, 400 yen for wash and I believe 100 yen for drying, each 30min. And you can set a code on the washer (I believe dryer too) to lock your machine so others can't access it. Overall the amenities/utilities were great. 4) Kitchen and washroom setup in the rooms also great. The bed can be a little hard but honestly with how exhausted you are at the end of the day with all the steps and travelling you do you can fall asleep on anything, but its really not a problem I find. 5) They change linens, towels, and garbage frequently and you can even let them know when you want them to come and do that for you if you're sleeping in a little later. 6) There are 2 family marts like a 10 second walk from the hotel and a lawson literally right below. Theres a 7/11 around the corner as well so you'll always be able to find a quick snack if necessary. 7) The train station is very close by and there are a few shopping departments with Uniqlo, GU and Muji in the shopping district as well. There's also a bus that goes straight to Tokyo Disney in the same train area, so convenient. Lots of restaurants/food locations here. Absolutely would be staying here again my next trip.

Honestly. Everything. It was a real clean and spacious room with everything we needed to get settled into our month long trip.

The spaces and facilities comes with it. The staff was also very warm and welcoming. Other thing i like is the informations shared arounf the lobby which somehow helps our planning. Need to Mention the check out at 11 am was very good as most of hotels in japan check out is at 10 am. The hotel also offer free luggage storage up to 10 pm for free.

I think this location was great for Tokyo - not on the Yamanote Line, but close enough for it not to be too big a trip to link into it. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were a great size for a hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at MIMARU Tokyo Kinshicho and highly recommend it to any family visiting Tokyo. ° Exceptional Location: The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, yet it’s only a 5-minute walk from the train and bus stations. We managed our entire trip without ever needing a taxi or Uber, which was a huge advantage and cost-saver! ° Space & Comfort: Finding a room for a family of 5 (with kids aged 11, 8, and 3) in Tokyo can be a challenge, but this room was surprisingly spacious. We had plenty of room for all our luggage and never felt "cramped." ° Impeccable Cleanliness: The hotel is spotless and very well-maintained. ° Convenience: There are several konbini (convenience stores) and great local restaurants just steps away. ° Wonderful Staff: The team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It truly is the perfect base for exploring Tokyo and the surrounding regions. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The staff were exceptional in local knowledge and went over and above to help with tourist type questions. I loved the location to the station, also surrounded by local supermarkets and eateries. The room was an exceptional modern great sized apartment with cooking facilities and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was exactly as pictured and met our expectations but staff were extremely helpful with everything big or small and exceeded our expectations.

Location has many amenities such as convenience stores, train station, restaurants and local small malls. It is however rather far from the main shopping areas for real shopping.

Mimaru Kinshicho is absolutely a gem! Our stay for 5 nights with 2 little kids is very comfortable. We werenon the 10th floor and the city view from our room was great. There was a daily schedule of cleaning and towel replacement. My kids enjoyed relaxing in the deep tub after a long day of walking. The staff were exceptional and very helpful! They helped us with our luggage transfer to the airport which saved us from lugging our bags around the train stations. They are also very helpful with commute suggestions like taking the direct bus to Disneyland/Disney Sea from kinshicho station which is much better with seniors and little kids. The location is very convenient, only 4 mins walk to the train station. There are konbinis (family mart,Lawson, 7-11) nearby, also lots of great dining options and malls in the neighborhood. Fun fact, you can see this Mimaru building from Tokyo Skytree!
