Good location, within a few minutes walk to two subway stations. Nearby eateries, a drug store, convenience stores. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

“Amazing value with clean and tidy apartments!”
Staff are SO amazing! They go above and beyond to assist you in your travels. We are visiting Japan with our four young children and staff were so warm and friendly helping keep them occupied during check-in. Rooms were lovely and spacious with an authentic Japanese feel! Shower and amenities were great too! Great location!

“A perfect place for families.”
Perfect for families. Comfortable and had great amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located close to the metro station so it's super easy to get around. The luggage transfer system was so helpful.

“Would not hesitate to stay again next time we’re in Tokyo!”
Our 2nd time staying at Hatchobori, same great experience, ample space for our family of 4, our kids loved the bunk beds (we had a loft room), laundry facilities always a plus when travelling with the kids Great location, 5 mins away from 2 metro lines and easy 15 min walk to Tokyo station Lots of conbinis and restaurants nearby Staff are super friendly and helpful Our Yamato’d luggage was already in our room when we checked in

“Great clean friendly hotel in a good location for site seeing.”
Loved everything but the beds were very hard and the pillows were very thin, otherwise the hotel and staff were wonderful and always willing to help when we asked for anything.

“Nice hotel chain to give travellers a consistent experience”
Consistent facilities and service with the Mimaru chain brand which we liked as we previously stayed at the Ginza East property. Rooms were clean and spacious.
