“Nice stay”
Very conveniently located, close to the station Lots of grocery stores near by. Staff were helpful especially assisting us in forwarding our luggage to the next destination using Yamoto as the Mimaru service was fully booked. Room was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped.

We loved it. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable. The kids loved the bank beds. Great location in a quite part of Ginza. The staff was super helpful & kind.

“Loved our family stay here, great location, friendly staff and clean. Perfect for our family of 5”
Staff were so friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in a little earlier and held our bags on day of checkout. Great location with multiple train lines in walking distance. Kids loved the little challenge game at the front reception too!

“Spacious, but could be far more functional with a better layout”
The staff were lovely; very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was really well sized - esp. for Tokyo - but the layout of the living space I think could be improved upon. The location is residential, which meant it was peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was spacious; it was essentially a wet room. The kitchenette was small, but well stocked with items for easy meals.
