“Peaceful Retreat in the Middle of Busy Tokyo”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly positioned on a quieter side of Shinjuku, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of all the energy, shopping, dining, and attractions the area is known for. One of the highlights of our stay was access to the Club Lounge. Breakfast each morning was relaxed and enjoyable, providing a calm start to the day before heading out to explore Tokyo. After long days of sightseeing, we also looked forward to returning for evening drinks and light refreshments, which were a wonderful way to unwind. Travelling with children, we appreciated the dedicated play area, which was a great addition and helped make the stay enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable, relaxing, and well-appointed base in one of Tokyo's busiest districts. The combination of excellent facilities, family-friendly amenities, and a convenient location made for a fantastic stay.

“Perfect hotel for a visit to Tokyo.”

My stay at the Keio Plaza was perfect! The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The premier grand lounge was great for breakfast and the evening slot was also great for a few small snacks and drinks before heading out to dinner. The room was perfect with a nice view of the Tokyo Skyline and the Met Government building. The view from the Sky Lounge bar was breath taking in the evening. Location was also great with Shinjuku station around a 10 minute walk where you could travel to anywhere in Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again and couldn't recommend it more this hotel was great value for money!

The hotel was in an amazing location with great access to all transport links. The room was truly beautiful with all needs being met with facilities. The breakfast was abundant and the lounge access was a real delight. The views of the light show on the government building were spectacular.

Great location near Shinjuku station. Good food shopping and transport in the area. Excellent service in the hotel with great tea and drinks in the club lounge. Very comfortable rooms.

Our stay in this hotel felt like a real privilege. The check-in experience was slick, up in the calm of the 45th floor club lounge. Our 35th floor room was really large and elegant, with every element feeling luxurious - robes, crockery, linens, toiletries, the minibar, and the lovely bath. The hotel complex is massive, and the club lounge is the last word - beautiful drinks and food servings, kind and gracious service, and spectacular sunset views over the city skyline. The breakfast is also really special. We stayed for five nights and were extremely sad to leave

We were in a Platinum room which includes access to the Executive Lounge. Room was spacious the bathroom had a separate shower and barhtub, and a crazy toilet that Japan is famous for. Location is the heart of Tokyo at Shinjuku with a 5 minute walk to the station.

“Poor attitude from the lobby front desk”

Poor attitude from the lobby front desk I’m a regular guest and usually stay on the premier grand floor. The normal process is: you go to the lobby front desk first, they confirm your booking, then you take the elevator to the 45th floor to actually check in and wait in the lounge. On April 29, I arrived. A male staff member (seems South Asian) at the lobby front desk stopped me from going up to the 45th floor. He said check‑in time is 3 PM and the lounge doesn’t open until 2 PM. He was very rude – told me I was “breaking policy” when I tried to explain that I’ve always been allowed to wait on 45th floor before. I went up anyway because I knew something was wrong. On the 45th floor, the check‑in staff confirmed the lounge was open. And yes there were other guests already waiting there. So why did the lobby front desk give me false information? This is clearly bad training or just a careless employee. What made it worse: after I went up, that same lobby staff never apologized. Is this how the hotel treats guests? Not even a “sorry” for the wrong info and the bad attitude. Also, when I checked in on 45th floor, the staff didn’t put my key card in an envelope – just left it on the counter. A small thing, but for a premier grand floor, it feels careless. I’ve stayed here mainly for the location. But service has been going down. Last time housekeeping left my door wide open after cleaning. I didn’t leave a bad review then. But after this, I can’t stay silent. I hope the hotel seriously looks into who was working at the lobby front desk for premier grand guests on April 29. Please don’t send me a copy‑paste “we’re sorry” reply. I want real action.

Pleasant stay with spacious room (for Tokyo's standard), the service was excellent. The hotel is right in front of the Tokyo Metro Gov Buildings and the lounge in 45th floor provide an excellent view at night (normally there is a light performance on the outer part of the Gov Building). Totally recommended.

Amazing location. Wonderful rooms with great bath accessories. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend the Premier lounge floor.

“A great start and end for a trip to Japan.”

We stayed here on arrival for our Japanese trip and although it is a massive hotel, found it extremely relaxing and worth the extra paying for the upgraded rooms giving the lounge access. Because of this, we booked the same for our return to Tokyo. The nearest metro is Tochomae with exits just outside the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Shinjuku.
