The location is fantastic, situated just a short walk from Tokyo Station, which made exploring the city and catching trains incredibly easy. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any questions we had. We truly appreciated their professional and friendly service.

Breakfast was good- not an extensive spread but all the bases were covered- Japanese and Western choices-the chocolate croissants( pain au chocolat)were delicious. The coffee was also great. Location was fantastic- super close to train station and subway

This is our third time staying here, and it's just as great as our previous stays. It's as central as you can get in Tokyo—very close to Tokyo and Nihombashi stations. The rooms are modern and sparkling clean, with complete amenities. Service was excellent with the warm and friendly staff who are always helpful. Daily cleaning is provided which is verg much appreciated. Breakfast is plentiful although choices are limited, but the quality is fair and more than enough to make for a satisfying meal.

Excellent location, close to Tokyo Station and metro lines. Multiple convenience stores closeby. Connecting rooms was perfect for our group of 4. Rooms are great size. Mattresses are thin but comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
