“Stunning view from the 21th floor”
Nice view, nice appartement, quality furnitures, a lot of space for a family of four (2 adults with two smaller kids). Convienent near 2 train stations with a lot of restaurants and shops.

“Great stay in a convenient location.”
Was a good location. Not too far from the centre of Shinjuku. Train station close by too which was great. Food shop downstairs was very convenient. Staff were all lovely as is the norm for Japan!

“Excellent location and wonderful staff!”
Location was excellent with metro station only a five minute walk. New towels and water were provided daily. Two toilets with a family of five is great! Having a washing machine was also handy. Free umbrella use was a bonus.

“Great place to stay , highly recommended”
I was delighted to find that the room was a generous size, particularly when measured against the local hotel standard. The bathroom was a highlight, boasting ample space and a wonderful shower! The staff were top-notch, the early check-in, luggage storage were a huge plus, and the bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

“Great location for family stay in Tokyo, clean, good size rooms and staff friendly and helpful”
This property was easy to get to on the Chuo-Sobu line from Shinjuku to Okubo Station and an easy walk from the station. The area has all the conveniences, the property was easy to access and check-in to, rooms were of a good size and air conditioned and free luggage storage at the end of the stay was very much appreciated.

Great views from our 15th floor room. Plenty of space for four people in the Grand Suite. Close to JR train line Okubo station. Plenty of restaurant choice close by.

“We really enjoyed the sauce of our family room and the location for train and tourist site access and food availability.”
Family room was great all beds were comfortable including the futon bed. Pillows were great and had space around a table to sit down at night. Kitchen was useable but food options outside everywhere including great fresh fruit and veg on the way to the train. Location was great very close to two train lines including the Yamamoto line which is a key line to access most tourist sites in Tokyo. Convenience stores next door and supermarket close by.

The proximity to the train station was fantastic. The size of the apartment was great and it had an amazing view. The complimentary face wash, etc. was a nice touch.
