“Beautiful Luxury Hotel, fully kitted out in Ginza”

This hotel is incredible, I absolutely loved it. All the super fancy bells and whistles, like tablet-controlled lighting, window shades, aircon etc. Delicious (and unexpected) gift of chocolates on arrival. The staff member who checked me in Sakura-san was delightful and accompanied me all way to my room to help me with my luggage since I had my hands full, which was so kind. Excellent bathroom with lots of space, beautifully appointed and dual shower heads (a rare sight in my experience!). I also ate at the hotel restaurant and it was fantastic. Very tasty and large portions, great wine list and fully appointed bar. The view at night from the hotel restaurant was also pretty magical!

A well located and appointed Hotel. Excellent/stylish bar and restaurant. Well appointed and organised once you adjusted to the smaller size of Japanese rooms.

Great location in Ginza, close to the main rail connections, very helpful and polite staff. Immaculately clean, super views from a very good restaurant, difficult to be too critical in a highly competitive market.

The personnel at the concierge, front desk, cleaning staff, and especially at the restaurant for breakfast were very helpful, friendly, courteous, accommodating and competent. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view, as did the restaurant and breakfast room. Both the train station and subway stations were about a seven minute walk away and convenient to reach. Many tourist sites and shops were easily reach on foot or by the subway.

The rooms are a great size for Tokyo. Ginza location is amazing - much better than Shibuya/Shinjuku. Room cleaning every day. Luggage forwarding service done by the hotel’s very helpful staff. The bar on the top floor has a great view of the Tokyo tower.

Can't ask for a better location. If you only go to Tokyo for one neighborhood, Ginza is where to go, and the Celestine is perfectly located in Ginza.
