We checked in late in the night. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. For the price they charge, that was the least I would have expected them to provide.

“Great location”
1. Location - Only 5 min walk to Tokyo station Nihonbashi exit, 2-3 minutes from Otemachi or Nihonbashi metro stations, the Otemachi exit has lift and elevator access which is very important to me. 2. Cleanliness - house keeping staff changed sheets every day during our 6 nights there.

Great location close to Tokyo Station and rooms are good value for the price you pay. Unfortunately, we got very sick during our trip, however the staff handled the situation very professionally by helping us call an ambulance and showed concern towards us. Although our trip didn’t go as planned, I would like to commend the staff members who extended their help.

The best thing is the amazing location, walking distance to Tokyo train station, tour buses, proximity to imperial palace gardens, restaurants, shopping under Tokyo train station. Easy direct train to Narita. Airport bus drop off is one block away (Tokyo station). Staff bilingual,room and bed very comfortable ( small as usual for Tokyo) There is a 24hr convenience store nearby. I loved the high end bath salts additives that they give you! And it has deluxe heated toilet seats!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo and would highly recommend it. The location is unbeatable as it is right across from Tokyo Station, making it incredibly convenient for transport. It’s also just a short walk to Ginza and the Imperial Palace. It is walking distance to great shopping options like Daimaru and Takashimaya which made last minute souvenir shopping so easy. The hotel itself is spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What truly stood out was the attention to detail—they even remembered our pillow preferences from our previous stay, which made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Overall, a wonderful experience once again. We will definitely be back!
