Great breakfast. Hotel is located on a bookstore neighborhood, very quiet and near Kanda river. Great walk following the river from the hotel to Akihabara (electric town) 25min walking distance. Also near train transports. Bonus tip : foreigners can buy 1-day-card for docomo bike share at hotel counter (I payed 2200 yen) and 100% recommend you like slow visit by bike around town.

“A lovely hotel providing a peaceful place to stay”
So good we came back again. Hotel Niwa is an oasis of peace and calm. Conveniently placed for the train station which provides easy access into the centre. And it’s a perfect place to come back to after a busy day in Tokyo. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay with you so special.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff was absolutely wonderful — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and cozy, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Special thanks for the amazing breakfasts — delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of choices. The location was also very convenient, with all the necessary places nearby, including shops, cafes, and public transport. We were left with only positive impressions and would gladly come back again!

“Comfortable, spacious and enjoyable”
Very stylish with lovely decor and common areas. Breakfast was extensive. You could choose to sit in a different room and be served a trad Japanese breakfast by staff in traditional dress. We enjoyed the massage chairs in the relaxation room.

“Everything you would want in a home away from home in Tokyo”
I loved everything about our stay in Hotel Niwa, it was absolutely perfect! The room has such a warm feel about it, the colour and decor give such a calm atmosphere, love it! The staff are all so lovely and friendly, every morning we are greeted with their hospitality and we start the day happy! The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of items which satisfied our morning cravings. The location is only 6 minute walk to the nearest JR station Suidobashi which was extremely convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Tokyo and would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

“Perfect stay”
The location is good, close to restaurants and easy to get to public transportation. The staff was very friendly and efficient, we arrived earlier than check-in time and luckily we were able to check-in right away. Breakfast was great and well organised, they offer both western and Japanese cuisine breakfasts, so you can choose what best fits your taste. The room was comfortable, not big - as any hotel room in Tokyo - but offered everything we needed.

This is a very beautiful and tasteful hotel - calm atmosphere and lovely garden spaces to relax in. It felt like an oasis. Close to Suidobashi Station. The Japanese touches to our room were thoughtful with great attention to detail. The laundry facilities were terrific - this was specially useful in the middle of our trip. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The Kaiseki restaurant was a highlight.
