The room is larger than your typical Tokyo hotel. It's close to the JR line and the subway. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful area mostly office buildings. Away from the shopping areas. Weather was cooling so we enjoyed the short walk to and fro from hotel to subway. Plenty of good restaurants, fast food, convenience stores and cafes nearby. Besides having the main yamanote line, there’s afew other subway lines with lesser crowds serving to Daimon station right next to hamamatsucho station, important after a long day outside. Provided daily housekeeping which we are thankful for. Overall our family of four had enjoyed a comfortable stay in Tokyo.

Reception, kitchen and cleaning staff were so helpful and welcoming, hotel was clean with a spacious room which was perfect for us. Close to shops, stations and attractions. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The location was great... walkable distance from the monorail station. Therefore easy connection to Haneda airport.Many eating places and konbinis close by. Staff was very polite and courteous.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel MyStays Premier Hamamatsucho as a family of five. Finding a single room in Tokyo that fits a large family is rare, but our room accommodated two double beds and an extra bed perfectly. While the space was typically compact for Tokyo, it was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The absolute best feature of this hotel is its unbeatable location, sitting just a two-minute walk from Daimon and Hamamatsucho stations. Coming from Narita Airport, you can take a direct train straight to Daimon Station in about an hour and ten minutes, making it incredibly easy to travel with bags. From the hotel, reaching Tokyo Center, Shinjuku, and all the major attractions was fast and seamless. The surrounding neighborhood is remarkably calm and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Having a 7-Eleven right next door was also a huge plus for picking up quick snacks and essentials. To top it off, the staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. They also offer a highly convenient luggage locker facility for a very affordable 900 yen per bag for three nights, which made exploring the city before and after check-in so much easier. This hotel offers outstanding value for money, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was quick and smooth. Very clean and spacious room. Very convenient if coming from Haneda Airport, in within 15 minutes arrive Hamamatsucho Station from the airport.
