Perfect location if you plan on discovering Tokio by metro or train. Room is small but doable with 2 suitcases + 2 trolleys. Great staff aswell.

The transportation, neighborhood, and hotel facilities were excellent. It was a very comfortable hotel that truly felt like home. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit.

The gym did not have enough equipments. It was pretty small. The room was smaller than it appears. I expected a bigger room for the money I have paid.

Great location, helpful staff

The location is really good for exploring, good travel links within 10-15mins walking distance and plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was a decent size, we had enough space to open both suitcases although they had to be closed and stood up to actually move around - but this is fine for a short stay. Plenty of toiletries available which were of really good quality and although the bathroom was small, it's bigger than some of the others I've seen on my travels in Japan! There's a very convenient access to a 7-Eleven in the B1 floor of the building.

Our stay was extremely pleasant. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well organized. For Japanese standards, the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, and we had enough space to store our luggage, which was a big plus. Another great convenience is the 7/11 shop located on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, which made our stay very relaxing, while the nearest metro station is only a 5-minute walk away. In addition, within just a 5-minute walk, there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Short but very comfortable stay. The hotel recieved my luggage directly thru a transfer service and also assisted in forwarding to my next destination. Walking distance to the Akasaka station with 7/11 within the same premise. Everything seemed to be well connected. The staff was very helpful.

“Please avoid”

Hotel is misrepresented on booking. Room is titled as SUPERIOR while it is ordinary room on 2nd level with significant street noise and people smoking in front of lower entrances to hotel. Facilities need upgrade. Could be priced up to 70 EUR per night.

Large room. Separate toilet and wetroom was a nice feature. Great view from 12th floor. Comfy beds and pillow. Generous supply of toiletries and essentials. Provided with pyjamas which was a nice touch. 7-Eleven on the ground floor which you can access from the hotel elevator. Location was great - 6 minute walk to the metro station. The noise-cancelling was very impressive, it was very quiet.
