Great little hotel, in a great location. Really friendly and very helpful staff. Facilities don’t have the over the top frills, just very nicely set up rooms and very clean. The rooms are actually a pretty good size for Japanese standards. Definitely will stay here again.

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The bed was probably the most comfortable of my whole 3 weeks in Japan and with one hard and one soft pillow provided. The hotel was quiet. There were plenty of dinner opportunities and we found a great one just up the road. The early morning shuttle was perfect and the staff were able to put our son, who is on a working holiday in Japan, in a room next to ours, so that he could see us off at the airport.

Ideal distance to Haneda with 4 free shuttle bus services in the morning to reach early flights. In the neighborhood there are a number of really nice authentic Japanese restaurants. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, made especially memorable by the exceptional staff. During our stay, my son unfortunately lost a treasured toy, which was quite upsetting for him. The team responded with genuine care and concern from the moment we mentioned it. They were incredibly solicitous, taking the situation seriously and doing everything they could to help us track it down. What stood out most was how far they went beyond what could reasonably be expected. Multiple staff members got involved, followed up proactively, and kept us informed throughout. It was clear that they weren’t simply following procedure, but truly wanted to help. We are very grateful for the time and effort they invested in resolving what, for us, was an important matter. That level of attentiveness and kindness speaks volumes about the culture of this property. Based on this experience alone, we would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
