“One of the best hotel experiences so far”
Breakfast is amazing with a wide choice (food is Japanese, which worked fine for us), great view from the room, pyjamas were super comfortable, a convenience store in the same building with plenty of food options, and the service at the reception is very good. The area around is quiet and beautiful. The room price was very reasonable. It was our best stay in Japan.

We loved it so much the first time (double room), that we booked it a second time for our return after travelling, but only twin rooms were available. The twin room was not so comfortable, very tight. Didn’t love it.

“The perfect place to stay when visiting Tokyo. Great facilities & a lovely area to explore”
This was one of our favourite places to stay on our trip to Japan. The facilities were modern, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was great and there were some very nice areas to walk nearby. The area was so good that we didn’t end up exploring other areas in Tokyo, as it was so nice near the hotel

“Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, All you Need”
The room was extremely clean and comfortable and had great views across the river. The cleaning service was excellent with the room being made up every day. The location was excellent, a short walk to the subway or buses and easy links to the excellent transport system. There was a Lawson food store in the hotel where you could update your Suica IC card (a Tokyo essential by the way). Reception staff were extremely helpful, even loaning umbrellas on our one rainy day.

“Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if back in Tokyo.”
Staff were lovely and very helpful, the hotel was very nice, clean and better than it looks in the photos. The daily cleaning/ make up of the rooms was great! There is a station and bus stop within a 5 - 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The location was great - we stayed in the Tokyo Bay Area previously but Toyosu has more to offer. Nice walks, close to Lala Port and a great “street food area” built in traditional Japanese style
