Overview
Set within a historic Japanese garden, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo offers spacious rooms with garden or city views and free Wi-Fi. On-site YU The Spa features massages with scented oils and traditional Japanese hot-spring baths. A glass-enclosed indoor pool and 3 dining options are featured. • The view was exceptional. I could see both Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Skytree, as well as a beautiful panorama of the city. • The room was very spacious and comfortable. • The bathroom was large and well designed. • The service was outstanding. “Great hotel for our last weekend inTokyo.”
This is a great hotel with a stunning garden. Our room on the 9th floor was perfect for viewing the garden and sea of cloud. We had a memorable meal in Mokushundo restaurant. We found the staff, especially reception, exceptionally helpful.

The Chinzan-so garden is exceptional, absolutely worth experiencing. Photos don’t do it justice. The staff are professional and very helpful at every turn. Facilities are top notch.

Everything went well, enjoyed Japanese breakfast, the amazing Zen garden, lunches and teas mid morning and at lunch time. Overall was a great experience. Not forgetting the beautiful pyjamas for the hotel guests.

This is an very beautiful and well appointed hotel. The room and amenties in the room are excellent. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There was plenty of room to put the clothes away. Bathroom was well laid out with a good vanity and excellent shower.

We were greeted by the most wonderful staff I ever met. They were kind, respectful, patient and spoke English well enough to have a proper conversation. The room was really tidy, clean, comfortable, nicely smelling and had a view from heaven. The housekeeping were excellent at their job. The room was kept in pristine condition and all the amenities were frequently resupplied. The cleanliness of the entire building was beyond our expectations. The garden was magnificent. The fireflies were magical and there were facilities for a wide variety of tastes and needs. It was really easy to get there by bus. And the staff was really helpful with thinking along how to increase the comfort of your travel. There were also a lot of married couples taking pictures, which was really cute and nice to see.

“Lovely gardens, upgraded suite was super.”
We arrived on our start for a Japan trip, very comfy as we upgraded for an early check in (this cost quite a bit!) The gardens are fantastic! And the mist is weird / lovely and somehow worked better on the overcast days. During the week, the hotel has little events sucj as koto playing which is lovely.

“Incredible stay, a wow start to finish”
It was the epitome of old school luxury and opulence. It was a truly special experience start to finish, from the incredible gardens to the extremely friendly and courteous staff. Housekeeping were fantastic as well. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very well appointed. Everything was impeccable. Would highly recommend!

“Nice at a price”
In May they have fireflies in the garden at night, that was fantastic. We took the suite upgrade (and extra 50000 jpy over the King room) and that was very nice, with exec lounge access. The staff are also fantastic and friendly.

“Briliant staff”
Very good hotel, garden of extraordinary beauty, but the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. On our departure day, April 9, we had a small issues and needed help, and although we had already checked out of the hotel, we were no longer formally guests of this hotel, a woman from the concierge service helped us. It is sad that we did not ask her name in our hurry, but we are very grateful for the advice, work. Such employees make the hotel valuable. Thank you again.
