The hotel is great, clean and in a perfect location just besides the Ginza line station. The staff is very kind and attentive, the rooms spacious and very clean. Towels gets changed every day and the food is good at the 8th floor restaurant (we only had breakfast there) and absolutely delicious at the tempura bar (1st floor) where also the service is top-notch.

Very large room - staff were very helpful and friendly. Condition of room was slightly tired and traditional style decor. Size of room did compensate ( much bigger than any other room we had whilst in Japan) and luxury brand toiletries available. First class location in very pleasant area and right next to train station and walking distance to main attractions. We used the swimming pool but note that there is a charge. It is a great lap pool and unusual to find in Tokyo so we definitely valued this facility.

Rooms are big Location is perfect for Omotesando shopping Staff are professional and helpful We were offered a room upgrade for a small fee, so we got a ginormous bed, which is firm and comfy. Toiletries were good and smelt divine This is the 2nd time we’re staying here, will be back next year :)

Staff were helpful and welcoming, the location near a Metro station and near to some major sights / shopping streets was pleasing.Room was well equipped, very clean. The tempura restaurant downstairs was excellent.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with an incredible shower that stood out as a highlight. The onsen, sauna, and gym facilities were also excellent, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and fitness.
