“Excellent hotel; very luxurious and the staff were outstanding in their hospitality.”
Japanese breakfast is superb. The staff couldn’t have been better. The hotel is true luxury and close to Shinagawa station so easy to get to; the main Tokyo attractions are a train trip away. The Japanese garden is serene in such a busy city.

“A great way to end our two week trip to Japan as you really don’t need to leave the hotel!”
The room was very big and the beds were extremely comfortable. The gardens surrounding the property are gorgeous! We also had access to all the lounges offering complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day and evening.

“Nice modern ryokan-style hotel with good shuttle service to Shinagawa station.”
The shuttle bus service was convenient for travel between the hotel and Shinagawa station. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great and being able to utilise the lounges throughout the different sister hotels by walking through the lovely garden was really nice.

It’s well maintained. Food was fantastic. Love the garden and ambience. However, the check in experience and follow up on the issue faced was unbecoming for a five star hotel.
