“A welcoming hotel, very conveniently located, with a characteristic Japanese flavour”
I loved my stay at this hotel - it was a superb location to stroll around Ueno and the local atmospheric streets. In fact, we were very sad to leave. It is just a stone's throw from Ueno station and easy access to all of Tokyo's tourist hotspots... and if you have been too busy to grab food, they offer a delicious complimentary bowl of noodles in the evening. It is a very welcoming hotel with a unique Japanese flavour; they even have an onsen.

“What a perfect hotel in Ueno! No complaints!”
Perfect Hotel I used to travel Tokyo many many times over 10 years. I should stay here earlier The room is spacious compared to the size in Ueno (especially the single room for solo traveller) Very nice hot spring with self laundry service, free of charge for washer and only JPY100 charged for 20 mins for dryer the corner room offered me (Room 810) was so perfect with two windows and one of those can see the Skytree !!! Excellent location where have no complaints, too convenient and the room is so quiet of which the soundproof is good even located in a crowded location in Ueno No complaint and no defect can be found. I decided to stay in this hotel every time when my next travel to Tokyo.

“Perfect hotel for exploring Tokyo!”
We stayed here to explore Tokyo for our honeymoon. The onsen is amazing to relax in after a long day, with the rules all clearly laid out. We had a more spacious room than I’ve had previously in Tokyo. Free coffee, soft drinks, ice cream during certain times! And the staff are very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect as well, close to the Ueno station and with many places to eat and a good night life!

“A classic, solid Dormy Inn experience”
Solid hotel, with an onsen. The rooms are decently sized, with many freebies. Location is great to get around in Tokyo and get back to Narita Airport.

“Easy and fuss free. First time staying with this brand and will return to explore others.”
Hotel is well located at the end of the street which gives you peace as you head back for the day. Basic amenities like comb, toothbrush, cotton buds were provided. Mositurizer lotion etc is available for use in onsen located at highest floor.

“Brilliant, would stay here again!”
Location is fantastic. So close to different stations in Okachimachi and Ueno so plenty of options to go anywhere in Tokyo. So close to Ueno park for cherry blossom and to have a nice walk away from the noise. Ameyoko market area on your doorstep. Facilities: the spa bath/sauna was perfect after walking all day, really helped our weary legs. Absolutely loved the evening ramen! Staff lovely, great help arranging luggage transfer to our next hotel.
