Super comfortable and spotlessly clean! Lots of amenities like comfortable clothing and slippers, and free late night noodles. Shower area spacious and good water heat and pressure, Japanese loo was a luxury! Incredibly quiet despite being in a busy area and near a train. Breakfast was varied and delicious: I’m still dreaming of the corn soup, potato salad, strawberries, sour plum with rice and clam miso, and matcha cake! Staff so helpful and attentive, especially the kitchen. Would be back in a heartbeat.

To have the thermal baths inside Shibuya area was fantastic. Also lots of cool stuff like comic collection, free ice creams after the bath or Ramen.

“A great stay!”
A great stay at this hotel. The room was great and the location was brilliant for getting to points of interest in Shibuya. The breakfast was really nice and we enjoyed being able to choose from a variety of foods. It was great to have the LUUP bicycles and scooter port outside. We made the most of using them!

“Excellent location and staff”
Excellent base for a visit to Tokyo, not far from Shibuya and Shinjuku in a nice area. The staff were excellent, they were on hand for any queries we had. The facilities are great also.
