“High-class colonial-style hotel”
High-class hotel, large rooms and bathroom be comfortable for three people, full cosmetics set of high-quality, pets were very comfortable and huge. The hotel lobby is very well set, with a lovely mural and they even offered a colonial style afternoon tea when we arrived. Close to very good shopping and massage parlours. Staff were very kind and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a bit dated but well maintained. The room was spacious and had quality bedding, toiletries etc. We also had club lounge access which was great.

“Luxurious stay with excellent location.”
Luxurious experience in the heart of the city with excellent location. Magnificent view from our room on the 20th floor. Staff was so attentive and friendly, they made us feel special. We loved the hotelˋs serene atmosphere and the food at breakfast and dinner. The club lounge access on the top floor was included in our reservation: peaceful, attentive staff, food was beautifully and elegantly presented and the lounge offered panoramic views of the city. Several metro stations within walking distance from the hotel. There is a short underground passage from the hotel ground floor to the Shimbashi metro station!

The hotel exceeded expectations. The service, even for Japan, where service is always good, was of the highest level. Everything was very clean, and the room had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a luggage delivery service, which is especially important when departing, luggage are delivered to the airport on the same day. Directly from the hotel, you can reach the subway station underground in just 5 minutes

Options for breakfast were great... I particularly enjoyed the set menus, both Western and Japanese and the peaceful dining hall. The staff were great... they tried to make it work with any of our (complex) requests! Room )including the bed) was spacious, comfortable and clean. Porters were super-helpful! There was always a taxi ready when we needed one. I loved the charm of the old-world building, combined with the modern updates. Also lots of options for food!

Proximity to station and lots of dining options near the hotel. Underground connection to Shimbashi station although you must be familiar with the route. Room was spacious and clean and had a high floor with great view.

“Fantastic, charming hotel in Tokyo”
A beautiful hotel with lots of old world charm. It’s very conveniently situated near the Shimbashi station & the foodie area in Ginza. It’s also just a short walk through Hibiya Park to the Imperial Palace & the rest of Tokyo is just a metro or train trip away.

Excellent stay. Good location at Shimbashi station. If underground, go towards exit 8, use exit D, clear sign showing hotel name. Premium club lounge staff courteous, excellent service. Good to have a drink with good city view after day of walking. Recommended.
