“Awesome”
Very convenient there’s many shops to eat nearby and you’re literally next to the train station. Also the staff was nice. Room was clean and cozy. Comes with soap, shampoo and conditioner! Stayed there for 6 nights and every night I slept really well. Definitely recommended !!

“Awesome, I would stay there again if the price is right.”
A very convenient location. Right outside of the train station, so easy to access public transport. Also, restaurants and supermarkets outside so great for shopping. Overall, the room was awesome. Great and pretty luxury for a 3-star hotel. Although it was far from the airport, it still was great for its value.

Everything was great, I was very comfortable. I arrived late at night, the front desk was closed, but they had sent me the pin codes to enter the building and the room so I had no worries about it. There was a konbini right in front of the hotel, and the train station was just around the corner. If I go back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay there again

“Excellent location!”
Located conveniently a few hundred metres away from Shin Koiwa train station and easily accessible from Narita via Narita Express Line. A nice local neighborhood and you get the feeling of how locals live. Not so 'touristy'..

“Great location, Great Price”
Location is just excellent, just a minute away from the Shinkoiwa Station. Lots of konbinis, markets and all kinds of restaurants around. The room was clean and amenities were good enough for such an establishment. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The staff was excellent and despite the language barrier, very helpful.

“I enjoyed my stay here and will stay here again!”
Location: it is only a 3-mins walk from Shin-Koiwa JR station. The JR Sobu (Rapid) Line is directly connected to the Narita Airport. Plenty of things to do in Shin Koiwa. There is a Lawson in front of the hotel and a grocery that closes at 24:00. Matsumoto Kiyoshi and a 100-yen shop is a minute walk. Amenities/Toiletries: Hair comb, razor, toothbrush and paste, cotton buds, and bath sponge are available in the frontdesk to get. While inside the room, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are present. Included in the room: functioning microwave, refrigerator, heater/airconditioner, pyjamas/bathrobe, towels (mini and big), blowdryer, fabric spray, and slippers Size of the room: it is decent and more than enough for me as I am a solo traveller with two medium sized luggages Cleanliness: the roon is well-maintained and clean. I booked a smoking room incorrectly, but I didn't really smell any hint of smoke in the hallway or room. Customer Service: I checked in in the receptionist and he explained well all that is needed. When checking out, you just leave if the payments are settled.

Very good location near the JR station and there are lots of shops and restaurants, cheap lunch box shops etc. The Staff were nice, the room was clean and a quiet place, I didn't suffer any noise during my stay in the hotel.
