The check-in website provided by the accommodation gave an incorrect password. After contacting the host, they provided a new set of passwords, but those were also incorrect. I ended up playing a puzzle-solving game in a narrow hallway, waiting for 40 minutes before the host finally gave me the correct password — and they offered no compensation at all.

“Tidy and functional apartment in an awesome location with good public transport access”
Awesome location between Shinjuku and Shibuya with great access to the JR lines, easy walking distance to Shinjuku crossing, izukayas, restaurants round the corner and a 7-eleven 2 minutes walk away. We thought it was a very functional and tidy apartment at a reasonable price for this popular area of Tokyo. The contactless check-in worked well so we didn't have any need to get in touch with the staff.

“Location was brilliant, close to everything we needed, restaurants were close and really great.”
We were lucky; others were not so much. Many other guests battled, but we were fine, thank goodness. The keybox instructions for which keybox to choose weren't very clear; we just got lucky. The location was perfect, close to good food, and supermarkets. Very close to station and just in general very convienant.
